Does anybody know of software/hardware/vapourware that will allow me to
gateway RFC822 email, TeX/dvi files or troff files into any of Bell Canada's
Envoy, Canada Post's EMS, a local fax service, or a fax card running on some
machine on site? I would ideally like inbound fax to email as well, but 
I recognize that as unlikely.

Something like attmail but with an understanding of Canada, I guess.
