In either case, the software at your site should notice that the group is moderated, and send your submission to me, rather than posting it. (If it doesn't, contact your news administrator and call him a funny name). Alternately, you can mail your submission to me, direct; this might be easier than Pnews in some instances. My address for submissions is: military@att.att.com Any item that you don't want posted to the group, such as personal comments, questions, etc, should instead be mailed to: military-request@att.att.com Be sure to mention in the body of the letter that it is not for posting. BTW, please be sure that you have not included more lines of text than you have added. If you're worried that it's close, change all the leading ">"'s to, say, ":". In vi, this can be done with the command: :1,$s/^>/: Finally, let me note that everything posted to sci.military is also sent to a mailing list, which I maintain for the benefit of non-Usenet readers, and readers whose sites don't carry sci.military. Readers of this list, of course, need to mail all their submissions to me directly. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Bill Thacker moderator, sci.military military@att.att.com (614) 860-5294 "War is a matter of vital importance to the State; the province of life or death; the road to survival or ruin.
