I posted this query once to ham-radio.

I've heard that there will be a shuttle mission next year that will have
an amature radio operator and his rig on board.  I have also heard that
there have already been two missions like this already.  Can ANYBODY give
me more information on this, past and future.  I am especially interested
in frequiences, orbits, power, etc.
