In a paper in the Bulletin of mathematical biophysics 5:115-113
titled "A logical calculus of the ideas immanent in nervous activity,"
W. S. McCulloch and W. Pitts make extensive use of the logical calculus
notation used by Carnap and Russell and Whitehead.  If you have
