Message-ID: <2210010@hpausla.HP.COM> Date: 30 Jul 89 23:49:59 GMT Organization: HP Australian Software Operation Lines: 26 Rahul mentioned the following in his preamble to the recent posting of more_fs, more-like file viewer: >> However, LIST.COM and LESS.EXE are tough acts to follow and likely to >> remain so for a while. I have been trying to get an MS-DOS version of less for a long time. (I even had a go at porting Version 73--it worked, after a fashion.) I have seen LESS.EXE mentioned previously, but I didn't receive an answer to the mail I sent to the person who mentioned it. Can anyone help me please. How can I get a copy of an MS-DOS less? Please send me email if you have a copy, and I will contact the closest. Or, if it is available via anonymous ftp, the address of that machine will do. I don't have access to SIMTEL20 though.
