LOOZ will do this, though it is a ZOO archive extractor only and needs ZOO to
create the archives.  If you have a file called bar.exe in a ZOO archive
foo.zoo, then
	looz xx foo bar
will execute bar.exe.  Very handy!  The utility is at simtel20.arpa, and
probably at grape.ecs.clarkson.edu, as well as other places.
