I have a program that I would like to submit to to c.b.i.p.
My question is:  How do I go about doing this?  First of
all, I have never gotten outgoing mail at this site to
work.  (Could be a case of brain damage on my part though...)
Anyway, is there an address to which I can Snail Mail a
diskette?  Is there a machine to which I could upload it
using kermit?

Any help would be appreciated.
