I am interested in lean, mean fast and cheap data base packages (for any
flavor of Unix, but preferably portable).  If possible, it (they) should
be relational, and other ordering is 1) fast 2) cheap.  Emphasis is on
internal interface, not report writers, screen driven ad hoc query facilities,
etc that the big DB offerings feature.  SQL would be nice, but not required.
