Hi there, folks,
I used to be a happy outline mode user.  Then Something Happened.  I
don't know what, but all of a sudden most (maybe all) of the
outline-mode commands stopped working unless I do a literal
<ESC><ESC>.  Then the command takes effect.  Of course by this time
I'm in the minibuffer looking at an EVAL prompt.  (Takes me back to me
old TECO days...)

Seems a little wierd - doesn't seem to matter if it's a bound command
or a M-x command - same behavior.  

C-c C-s M-<ESC> C-g C-g is a bit awkward for me.  Anybody have any
ideas?  This 18.53 on a Sun-3, if it matters.
