If the comp.org option is chosen, the newsgroup should be
comp.org.acm.siggraph to respect the ACM-SIG hierarchy and be to
consistent with comp.org.ieee, since IEEE and ACM are sibling society's
and there are many other SIGs that might eventually desire news
groups.
