Disclaimer: No one here knows what I'm doing, so why bother.

Does anyone out there know where I can get a set of image sequences?
I am looking for real life images time sequentially sampled.  Preferably
256x256x256 BW sampled with any of these sampling patterns:
     lexicographic
     2:1 line interlaced
     2:1 dot interlaced
     bit reversed line interlaced
     bit reversed dot interlaced
