It's cheap ( < $1000 ) scans a fixed page so filtered light scanning wouldn't have the registration problem that a moving paper device would. The image being scanned is out in the open to make filtered lighting easy. And the documentation tells how the interface (rs232) protocol works so you can write a driver. Has anyone used this device?
