	I'm looking for a Targa .TGA --> .GIF converter.  Is there one 
	around? 

	How are all the color .GIFs made?  I can go from TIF to GIF, so 
	grayscales make sense, but how do you scan a color image?

	(I know I can create a color image with out Targa 16 board ---
	is this where color GIFs start???)
