(1) can link with Fortran (e.g. MS-Fortran 3.0 or higher) (2) does not require license agreement for distributing programs that use its routines (for non-profit purposes) (3) should support varies video adapters (CGA, EGA, Hercules, VGA) (CGA and EGA a must) (4) functions comparable to HALO or IBM GKS, although points and lines are basically what is required. Text size/color manipulation routines will be an asset. Cost is not a major issue. It will be used for educational purposes. Plese e-mail replies or post them on the net, whichever is appropriate.
