Some vendor users groups have been asking about meeting space at TRI-Ada 89.
This item may have fallen thru the proverbial crack earlier, so lets fix it
now.

Requests for vendor user group  meetings must be received by 1 September.
After Sept 1, all remaining rooms at the TRI-Ada convention center will be on
a first come first served basis.

1. name of group

2. contact point (include phone # and email)

3. # of expected attendees

4. desired date and time of meeting  (no guarantees can be made here -- we
   will do the best we can)

5. expected length of meeting

6. desired configuration of meeting room
