	I'm looking for the Zortech equivalent to crt0.s
	If someone could point me to it the distribution disks
	or email me a copy, I'd greatly appreciate it.

	To use better linkers and librarians than MicroSoft's
	(which are slower than tectonic plate movement),
	I need this, unless there is a different option.

	I'd use zortech's linker except is won't take response files
	(Blink 2.16).
