If you can reach hplabs, try hplabs!hpfclp!jorge.  hpfcla is also well-
connected, so you could try uunet!{hplabs,hpfcla}!hpfclp!jorge.

Worst case:  I'll send you some mail through hpfcla.  It knows paths to
just about everything, so you can backtrack through that path to hpfclp.
