Several years ago, we used ELECTRIC here for physical design of chips
destined to be fabricated by MOSIS.  At the time, I noted that ELECTRIC
supported (sort of) a bipolar design capability and I am in need of 
such a facility for a course I will be teaching this spring.

Does anyone know what the current version of ELECTRIC is?  At one time,
the author worked for Fairchild but I understand that he has now moved 
on to form his own company.  Can anyone tell me where to reach him?
