Summary: well, I'd like you to send me one if you have it. Keywords: BBN Butterfly message passing example Message-ID: <6085@hubcap.clemson.edu> Date: 28 Jul 89 12:48:55 GMT Sender: fpst@hubcap.clemson.edu Lines: 25 Approved: parallel@hubcap.clemson.edu Hello. I'm interested in finding a programming example (in C) of using message passing on the BBN Butterfly (GP1000) with the Mach operating system. Specifically, I am looking for an example program that uses Mach system calls such as fork_and_bind vm_allocate_and_bind msg_receive msg_send So I'm interested in something that uses virtual memory manipulation, as well. Any relatively short example program will be appreciated (or of a moderate length, if nothing really short can be found...). As this is a rather specific request, e-mail would be fine. Unless, of course, someone else is really interested... Thank you very much, Steve Turner (again, the address is: turner@cpsvax.cps.msu.edu ... No BITNet address available...)
