It's broken 3 months ago, and still under the product's warranty but out of dealer's warranty. So we took it into a shop and waited for 3 months since then! The tech says they ordered some parts from Samsung and never got them. There is no time table for getting it fixed. While it is a reference for Andrew about Samsung products, I'd like to ask for people's advice. We need the monitor, and can't get hold of anybody responsible.
