San Jose, Calif. Lines: 16 Does anyone have any hard performance statistics comparing overall throughput of a Cayman Gatorbox with a Kinetics KPFS4? The KPFS4 has obvious advantages in that it includes the AppleShare to NFS translater, but we would like to know other people's experiences who have used both products. Other issues such as saturation levels under high network loads and incompatibilities with any existing network applications are interesting. For now we will probably stay with AppleTalk Phase I but we are interested in EtherTalk, TCP/IP and KIP packets. Are there any particular problems involved with running a mixed network containing both types of hardware? Any help will be appreciated. Gus Fernandez Frame Technology gus@frame.com
