In X.400 the organzationalunitnames is defined as a sequence
of organizationalUnitName
OrganizationalUnitNames ::= SEQUENCE OF OrganizationalUnitName
OrganizationalUnitName  ::= PrintableString
(in 84 it was defined as:
IMPLICIT SEQUENCE OF OrganizationalUnit
OrganiszationalUnit ::= PrintableString)
     
Now my question:
Where can I find the definition on what order in the sequence
organizational units shall appear. Ascending or descending?
I can not find it in X.411. Not in 84 and not in 88.
Could someone point me to the place where this is defined.
To my understanding the order must have significance, otherwise
it should have been a SET.
