Dave,

It would have been very useful to get more data, like the data that NTP
can provide, to better understand the behavior of all these networks,
domestic and foreign.  By the way, the JvNC link to the Scandinavian
countries ends in Sweden.  The fact that you are getting good response
from Oslo, is due to the fact of the good connectivity, which not only exists
here but within the NORDUnet network.  NORDUnet provides for connectivity 
between Sweden and Norway.  Cheers!.
