As you can see in the initial comments, tmac.n is designated as t/nroff
macro package of the News software. So, your news admin should always have
access to them since he should have the News sources and documentation.
They were also posted with the elm 2.2 softwasre, BTW. But never mind and
thanx for posting them anyway.
