I am looking for a program that will convert a latex dvi file to a qms file
so that I can print it on one of the two talaris laser printers we have.

The only catch is that the program must be for an IBM 3090 running CMS.  If	anyone knows of such a program please send me e-mail with the appropriate
information where I can ftp this program from.
