We need sources to BibTeX 0.99, preferably in C.  All we have locally is the
MSDOS executable (BIBTEX.EXE), which advertises itself as

	This is BibTeX, C Version 0.99c

Please respond via email.  Unfortunately, we don't have ftp capability /
