We are in possession of public domain sources of a basic interpreter by
Phil Cockcroft, Fall 1986 version.  We have noticed problems running
this on SVR3.

We seek either an email address of Phil Cockcroft to see if there is an
updated version that runs on System V (releases 2 and 3), or another
PD basic interpreter that runs on System V (releases 2 and 3).
