In February 1987, Robert P. Scott (scott@rainbo.dec.com) distributed
a VMS-like help utility program over the USENET. I am trying to locate
Mr. Scott. Any leads to his whereabouts would be appreciated. In 1987,
his mailing address was:

I have tried e-mail and phone calls to that address, but so far have
not received any reply.
