Reading the August 1989 Volume 2 Issue 5 of Amiga Transactor, I saw an article on the "FRANCES" (F ast R am A t N ominal C ost, for E xtended S torage) memory board kit they have available (75$ for a PCB and PAL's). It is a 32bit ram card for "LUCAS" (L ittle U gly C hip A ccelerator S ystem) , a 68020/68881 processor upgrade for the Amiga 1000 (also 75$ for the PCB). What I would like to know from the net is, : 1) Is there anyone on the net who has built a LUCAS 2) What they think of it. 3) What it cost to complete. 4) Do you intend to build a FRANCES?? 5) Does the 68881 react to "standard" 68881 calls???? (I.E. will Turbo for the 68881 recognize it???) Thanks for the info ... **************************************************************************** * " Salad isn't food, salad is what food eats.
