I arrived kinda late on the Dmouse/Handshake discussion, but here's my piece.... Is the problem a complete lockup? Does it occur randomly or are there certain conditions other than having both programs in memory at the same time? I ask this because last night I was d/l a large file and got about halfway through when *bam*. The screen was shoved down halfway and the system froze solid. I have just recently upgraded my system (A1000) to 1 1/2 meg and, to my knowledge, I never encountered the problem when I had 1/2 meg only. I was using Dmouse (1.06, I think) and HandShake 1.60. Remembering this discussion, I stopped using Dmouse and now use MachII instead. No problems so far.... ...BillyBob.
