I just finished buying a fastrak controller and Quantum 40S from the software
shop in mass.  I live in Providence, RI so I drove up there to get it.  They
had reasonable service but I wouldn't let them solder anything.  I watched
the salesman try to solder memory chips into a minimegs card and it was
just a disaster.  If you think the prices are cheap then I would go ahead
and buy it from them.  I've had no problems, but don't buy anything that
would be assembled there.
