Many thanks to those who responded volunteering to try the translation.
I have accepted one of those offers who came through with a surprizingly
short estimated turnaround time.  If it really happens, I will post a
notice of its availability.   Otherwise one of the other respondents
will get a call.  Lets just say for now 4 weeks or less (though the
actual tentative commitment is considerably shorter).  And if it really
happens that way, I will certainly be impressed (and I'll even tell you
who did it).
