The way to handle forked files on a P8 machine is to get them converted to
AppleSingle format before you move them off a GS/OS environment.  Once back in
the GS/OS environment you can make them back into regular forked files.  There
aren't any utilities yet to do this conversion but if no one else does it I
suppose I'll do it in support of TIC/ECP16 etc.
