I was wondering why in the world my ShrinkIt file wouldn't work onto my 5.25 disk....I just had the same problem (uploading the HyperC files from one of the FTP sites), and had no idea what went wrong...my version of ShrinkIt is kind of messed-up (old version), and I just thought it was that....now I know better....
