Some time ago, I downloaded a utility for reorganizing a hard disk to eliminate
file fragmentation.  I have lost it and cannot remember what the name of it was.
If I remember correctly, it was written by Simon Poole.

Anyone out there care to refresh my memory as to it's name and where to acquire
it?  Many thanks.
