I've been looking arround for some books to suplement the rather meagre
offering which came with my 520ST.  I'm looking for programming/internals
manuals rather than the "expanded introduction to copying disks" type books
which seem to be available in excess. I've bought a book published by a company
called Abacus on ST Internals and it seems good stuff, they have others on 
GEM, Graphics etc..etc.. But I've seen some mention of a "Hitchikers Guide
to the ST" and talk of "registering as a developer" mostly from US posters,
does anyone know about these things with reference to the UK (or Europe) ?
Are there any "official" Atari Internals/Programmers reference manuals
available ?
