I am deciding if I should get a DECstation 3100 and need to know
if anyone has USED any graphic programs/libraries with this machine
that can be linked to the FORTRAN compiler?

For example, PHIGS/PHIGS+ , Precision Visuals DI-3000 , DORE

What opinion do you have of this approach to the DECstation 3100?
I have a limited budget and find that the machine is priced right but
may be lacking useful graphic routines for a FORTRAN programmer.
