The 7.0 release applies to both 300 and 800 and is planned to happen concurrently! (Yes, the 800 is skipping from 3.1 to 7.0 to sync up with the older 300 numbering sequence. For old timers, you'll remember the 300 started at 5.0 to sync up with the 500. For newcomers, this all probably seems like nonsense, but then so did going from Version 7 to System III :-). You'll also be pleased to find that we're converging functionality a lot better on the 300 and 800, not just release numbers! Rob Robason
