Some users have discussed the setting of the keyboard speed (especially
you that mailed me, but I'm sorry, I lost the returnpath, please mail me
again sometime...). This might be of general interest for you that has AT
keyboards:

This is a small utility for AT's that sets the speed of the keyboard (yes,
AT keyboards are programmable, but PC keyboards are *NOT*).

The keyspeed utility calls a biosfunction to do the work. Commandline
parameters range from 'a' to 'z' for repetition speed ('a' is fast and 'z'
is *VERY* slow). The other parameter range from 0 to 3 and sets the initial
delay before repetition is to occur. In my AUTOEXEC.BAT I have
  KEYSPEED E1
which gives my keyboard a 'kick'.

Try it. Use it. No license means no restrictions!
And it includes source...

A final comment: It isn't a TSR! No memory wasted!
