I have a copy of David Steiner's FASTBUFF.COM lying around.  FASTBUFF is
a wonderful keyboard-speeder / screen-blanker / buffer-enhancer / 
over-repeat-preventer in a tiny TSR (under 1.5K).  In a word, it's awesome.

Unfortunately, it doesn't handle EGA screen blanking, only CGA and MDA.

Does anyone know how to go about blanking EGA and VGA systems?
