Anyone know of any good deals around on memory.  Specifically, I am
looking for 1 meg of 100ns (or faster) DIPS and (possibly) 2 megs
of either DIPS or SIPS (1 meg chips 100ns or faster).

I also have a need for some 256k chipss (again 100ns, SIPS or DIPS) and
the 256k used (64k chips) to increase memory on a VGA card.

They best memory prices around on 1 meg DIPS is about $11.50 or $104 per meg.
Any know of any better prices or have a feel on where prices are going in
the next few months.
