I'm looking for input that will help me choose an external tape backup
system.  The requirements are:
	1)  reliable
	2)  fast (>= 3 MB/min)
	3)  can be switched between an XT and an AT without opening 
	    the cases.
	4)  cheap (:-))
	
There are lots of units advertised in Computer Shopper that *seem* to
fit the bill, but I'd like to hear what experience you've had and what
you recommend.
