I'm told that it is also known as RFT (Revisable Form Text). It apparently is used as a file interchange format between various wordprocessing programs. I haven't personally run across these files at all (I'm posting this for a friend) so any information at all would be appreciated. The information he has requested are the specs for creating these files directly. Thanks in advance. Replies by email are fine. I'll summarize if there is any interest.
