I'm looking for information on the DCA (Document Content Architecture) file
format structure.  I'm told that it is also known as RFT (Revisable Form
Text).  It apparently is used as a file interchange format between various
wordprocessing programs.

I haven't personally run across these files at all (I'm posting this for a
friend) so any information at all would be appreciated.  The information he
has requested are the specs for creating these files directly.
