Lines: 14 I saw a couple of articles earlier this year in PC-Resource that talked about this technology. It was in the "New Products" column, but I can't seem to find the two issues that the articles were in. The first talked about the 20MB floppies, using a laser-operated servo unit to position the head. The second, which was announced the next month, used a technique called "Double Tiered Tracking" to store up to 100MB of information on the a 3.5" disk. The disk, as the 20MB version, needs to be specially prepared, and costs ~$20. The drive was supposed to go for around $500. I'll keep looking for the two magazines, and post more information when I find them.
