The problem is that it feeds an extra line all the time. I know that there is probably a dip switch that needs to be set for CR/NL mapping but they got the printer from a friend and got no documentation whatsoever. Does anyone have one of these that would be willing to send me/my parents a copy of the major pages? I would also appreciate if someone could send me their address. My parents will probably request a new manual. Any help would be greatly appreciated. If someone is willing to copy the appropriate pages.
