Lines: 11 The particular modem I use (A High Fidelity Hook-Up 2400s Internal) is a Hayes Compatible, and the NV Memory is an option; I also am under the impression that the Packard-Bell Hayes Compat. Modem has this as an option as well (I don't have one in front of me, but I seem to remember reading that on the box). It seems to swing around 50/50 for if it has the NV memory or not, at least from what I've seen.
