They are impeccable. Competent technical help, reliable etc... I have had to change the Hard disk and the comptroller (not their fault, since it is Miniscribe and WD) and they have been very quick and responsive. Whenever i have had questions, the technical assistance has given me precise answers. Their machines have been PC Magazine's editor's choice a few times. They have a line of 386 now in the low price range. A few colleagues who bought machines from them have had no trouble either. Now my hint, it reeks of prejudice and i am going to be flamed red hot but what the heck!! I would trust more a house headquartered in Arizona, Texas or the west coast than in New-York City (and the vicinity thereof). I have given hundreds of phone calls to various places for various pieces of equipment. The fact is that 99% of the time, one gets an impression of absolute greed, rudeness and total incompetence when calling the places scattered around New-York City. They could sell you washing machines as well. From them i would only buy well known brand name accessories that they don't manufacture themselves.
