	What packages exist to allow the use of hypertext-like
help facilities within programs I write?  An example of the facility
is help within QuickC, but this works only within the QuickC
environment, not from a user program, even though users can add
entries to the help database.

	The only package of which I am aware is Black Magic v1.3
from Ntergaid (reviewed in Computer Language, May 1989).

	Experience with this product or others?
