There's a company called AMPRO which advertises regularly in BYTE and other computer magazines which produces a line of single board computers that are XT or AT compatible that have the form factor of a 5.25" drive but they also have expansion options. Sorry I don't have their address/phone handy but can get it if you can't. BTW their prices aren't cheap.
