I'm starting a project that will use a 6809 (actually 6309E) as a control
processor and I need a cross-assembler.  It has to run on Ultrix (= BSD
VAX Unix) or on a Macintosh and to generate something easy to feed to an
EPROM programmer.  The whole project is low-profile, low-budget.

Does anyone have a favorite to recommend?  Thanks in advance.
